San Jose is THE party destination for Costa Rica, and Playa Jaco just happens to be the closest beach to the nightlife capital making Jaco Beach real estate very valuable. Though the restaurant cooks up delicious burritos, you'll want to dress more margarita-caliber if you intend to find someone to dance with you here! Classy merengue and salsa can also be heard at Club Ole, across the street from La Hacienda Bar.

Strolling through Playa Jacos night life and entertainment aptly emphasizes the Costa Rican love for dancing. Indeed, it is a very popular Costa Rican pastime. You can ask your Jaco real estate agents to set you up next to the watering hole, eating joint or dance club of your choice.

For die-hard sports fans, the Copacabana, Poseidon or El Zarpe hotels are great places to camp out and catch up with mates over cheap burritos, burgers and sports games. Playa Jaco is a college favorite, mostly for its affordable package deals, so naturally the Christmas holiday and Spring Break season pumps the region with more excitement.
