Costa Del Sol is located in a quiet beach town of Bejuco 25 minutes south of Jaco Beach and 25 minutes north of Manuel Antonio.  The homes are just a short 300 yard walk from Bejuco beach and each home is individually titled. The project consist of 127 lots, as of mid 2012 there are 71 homes built and 3 under construction. The homes are built to American standards with granite counter tops, tile floors, clay tile roofs, and concrete block walls.  Lots are still available in the $40-60,000 range, in which you can have you own home built for $70-90 per square foot. Costa Del Sol is the only fully titled single family home project on the Central Pacific Coast under $250, 000. So if your price range is under $250,000 and you want a single family home this is the only real viable option. There are other developments that might be similar, but don’t have individual titles which carry some risks. Costa Del Sol has a been one of the most consistent selling project in this area because of these individual titles.

There are multiple rental companies that market Costa Del Sol. While some rental managers do better than others, the most successful owners are those who help market the property themselves.  Because of the low carrying costs, most owners do not aggressively rent their homes in this community, however those who do have potential to easily cover their costs and produce solid rental income.  Nightly rentals command $100 to $250 per night depending on the season.


For those dead set on not wanting a condo and instead want a single family home, this is truly one of the best options in the entire region.  The location is a bit more remote, but is still just a short 20-30 minute drive from Jaco.  Bejuco beach is one of the most pristine in the area and overall the value is tremendous.  These homes are ideal for full time living, retirees and snowbirds.
