How is the surfing at this beach?
The surf is great at this beach. It is beach break and there is multiple peaks that you can surf. And the greatest part is that you will more than likely have the surf all to yourself. There are many surf spots in Costa Rica where you will be the only person there surfing and we only suggest these breaks for experienced surfers or pro’s
I would like to know how many units have been sold in this development. Also, is there an amount set for the HOA fee?
I have looked at other projects and this one is probably my favorite for its location and the construction quality. When I visited during the spring, I believe one of you agents, Derek, took me here and he was very professional and easy to work with.
One more question, if I am ready to buy one of these houses, what is the next step in the process? Do I need to fly down to get this going?
