Your help in us locating and ultimately making an offer on our dream home in CR was unparalleled. We ran you ragged from morning to night and asked you so many questions that you always took the time to explain to us without ever giving the feeling we were bothering you or that we were troublesome. After being up and down the country looking in various markets and using various realtors….You by far stood out as the most knowledgeable and honest because you told it as it was and not everything was seen through rose colored glasses.
Too often realtors will only show you and tell you all of the positives, and ONLY tell you a negative thing about a property if it was glaringly evident already. You truly take the best interest of your buyers into account and use your local knowledge to help us reach an informed decision that makes us feel extremely comfortable. Your knowledge of the properties, and all of the intangibles of the area etc. were a pleasant surprise and a testament to your extra curricular research. Not to mention if we had a question you did not know…as soon as you met with us or spoke with us the next time you had the answer. I only wish we had a realtor like you that is as easy going yet professional back here in Canada. We would recommend your services to anyone.
