If you think you might be interested in purchasing a home or property in Costa Rica you may like to know how the process would work long distance. In getting started our relationship would work in much the same way as if you were buying real estate locally – we would talk. I would want to get to know you so that I can fully understand exactly what you are looking for. I would want to know what type of home or property you were interested in and what your budget would be. Once I know what it is that you want and need, I would begin looking for properties that are right for you.
From there I would be able to send you internet links and/or photos and descriptions of properties that may suit your needs. I would also work on your behalf to make sure that you are fully informed on all aspects of buying property in Costa Rica. I firmly believe that an educated customer is a happy customer. There can be some trepidation involved with buying real estate in a foreign country, but I have found that the more educated a customer is about the process, the more at ease they feel in the end.
Hopefully, we end up with a variety of different properties that pique your interest and at this point we need to get you on the plane. I will then help you get all the best deals on Airfare, Hotels, and Car Rentals. It can be scary at first but with the right resources (Me) it can be no different than purchasing at home.
