Hello, I'm Nikita Mohammed, originally from the Caribbean islands of Trinidad & Tobago. I first visited Costa Rica in 2003 as a volunteer working in one of the rural villages and that's where I fell in love with the beautiful country, its pristine landscapes, laid back lifestyle so reminiscent of the Caribbean as well as its generous people.

I thus decided to move back after graduation in 2005 and have been living here ever since. I started my career in real estate in 2006 here and although I've worked with other agencies, I feel that Coldwell Banker has a recognized name that clients can trust, the best network of offices throughout the country to support the needs of potential buyers and projects a level of professionalism difficult to find in the real estate market here.
