I have known him since March 2009 and worked with him to purchase a condominium unit at laco Beach, Costa Rica. It has been a pleasure working with Mr.. Smith. He has been a professional in representing my interests as a buyer. In addition, he took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns related to purchasing property in a foreign country. As you might anticipate, there were numerous items to discuss, analyze and address during the entire process. Mr. Smith was with me every step of the way. Furthermore, he was also an asset when it came to assisting me with the language barrier as I do not speak Spanish fluently. The national language of Costa Rica is Spanish, but this was not an issue as Mr. Smith is from the United States and is bilingual. He also took the necessary time to explain the processes and procedures related to the legal aspects of the purchase that included documents in Spanish.

In conclusion, I highly recommend Mr. Brian Smith to anyone interested in purchasing property in the up and coming Central Pacific region of Costa Rica. Mr. Smith is extremely knowledgeable of the area and procedures necessary to complete a purchase or sale. If and when I sell my new condo, I will certainly use Mr. Smith to assist me.
